John Walsh, FCII - Director & CEO
John has worked at U.S., Bermuda and London firms since the 1980s, with a focus on underwriting, broking and claims management. In 2001, John founded Fintra International Ltd, an independent Property & Casualty re/insurance brokerage specializing in self-insured risks, excess liability and captive insurance. He is a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and an MBA.

Registered and headquartered in Bermuda, Fintra is also a Swiss licensed broker and through its USA affiliate, holds licenses in several US states and recently achieved Lloyd’s tribunalization.
